Which plan should I pick?
If the application and the database run on the same server, start with Basic. After a few weeks, monitoring shows whether you're short on memory or CPU. If you're unsure, tell us what the application does and we'll recommend one.
Can you move my system over from another provider?
We can help. Tell us where the application runs today and how it's deployed, and we'll tell you what it takes to bring it over.
How does changing plans work?
When the server gets too small, it moves up a plan without reinstalling the application. Billing follows the new plan.
Does the price change with the dollar?
No. The price is fixed in Brazilian reais, with an invoice.
Where are the servers?
In Brazil. If your customers are there too, the application responds faster for them.
