Bring what you already have
Spreadsheets in CSV or Excel, a Google Sheet, the database behind the system your company uses. Each file becomes a source, and connected systems keep themselves up to date.

The AI organizes, you confirm
The AI works out what arrived and proposes a table, with a name, type and description for each column. You confirm once, and the next files with the same columns go in on their own, without the AI.

The answer comes as a number, chart or table, along with the path: the query that ran to get there. You can download it as a spreadsheet or pin it to the dashboard.

What Clareia reads
From the file that goes around by email to the database behind your system. When a system has no ready connection, the spreadsheet it exports goes in through the catch-all box.

The chat only reads.
The AI queries the data and changes nothing in it. Nothing the AI writes runs without a fixed rule or a person's confirmation.
A database just for your company
Each company gets its own database, created when it joins Clareia.
Three locks on every query
The AI's query is checked before it runs, runs in a read-only transaction and uses a user with no write permission.
Read-only on your systems
Clareia connects with a user that can only read, and refuses the connection if it can write. The connection is always encrypted.
Passwords stay out
Password, token and key columns are left out by default. Sensitive personal data, such as health data, only goes in after a confirmation.
No AI training on your data
Questions go to models with zero data retention: the AI provider neither keeps the data nor trains on it.
Support access is logged
To provide support, the Clareia team can view and ask questions in your data. Every access is logged and shown to the Administrator.

The owner and the team ask and follow along. Whoever looks after the data connects the sources and decides who sees what.

No monthly fee. Your company pays only for what it uses: questions to the AI and the space the data takes up. Usage comes out of prepaid credit, so no bill shows up at the end of the month.

Do I need to know SQL or have someone technical?
No. You ask the way you'd ask a colleague. Anyone who wants to check can see, in every answer, the query that ran.
What kind of company is Clareia for?
Any company that already records its work in systems and spreadsheets and doesn't have a data team. Day to day, it's used by the owner, the managers and the team.
What if my system isn't on the list?
Export a spreadsheet from it and drop it in the catch-all box: the AI proposes the table once, and later exports with the same columns go in on their own. If the system has a JSON API or sends webhooks, it can also connect directly.
Can the AI delete or change my data?
No. On your systems, Clareia connects with a user that has no write permission, and the AI's queries run in read-only mode.
How much does it cost?
Having Clareia is free. You pay for usage (questions to the AI and data storage) with prepaid credit. Anuntech gives you R$10 to start, and you buy the rest in the Console, in packs of R$50, R$100 or R$200.
Do I need help connecting the sources?
You can connect them yourself from the screen, and Clareia shows the command that creates the read-only user. If you prefer, Anuntech can set it up with you.
How do I sign in?
Through the Anuntech Console, with the account you already use. Clareia opens in a new tab, already signed in. If your company doesn't have Clareia yet, message us on WhatsApp.
